BEFORE DEPARTING ON YOUR TRIP
Read the entire information below on "Base Access"

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to security restrictions, non-military visitors must obtain a pass at the Main Gate Visitor’s Center. In order to get a pass you must have someone with a military/government ID to provide escort services. This means someone with a valid military identification must go with you to the visitor center and escort  you onto the base. You may call Dr. Leiser at the phone number listed below for current information on visiting the base. He is available Monday - Friday 0800-1600hrs.

Travis AFB apologizes for this inconvenience, however, we are obliged to take these security measures...Thank you for understanding...

Visitors carrying an active duty, military identification holder, VA Card, or military retiree's with proper ID have approved BASE ACCESS and do not require a pass if your vehicle has current government stickers.

Call the Museum for current security requirements before departing on your trip!

A membership in the Jimmy Doolittle Air & Space Museum Foundation is an excellent gift for birthdays, holidays, thank you's, retirements, or memorials. Being in on the ground floor is always fun. Being part of history is great!
